A dream come true (LJ Hutchen Silver C Flute)
I purchased from LJ Hutchen the C Silver Flute, to my greatest surprise it arrived the very next day I couldn't believe it, they deliver quite fast but most important, the flute is so beautiful, solid and sounds magnificent, I have been looking for a good instrument for sometime, and since flutes can be quite expensive I was thinking about buying a good used one. I read a lot before making a decision, getting a new inexpensive one was out of the question since it seemed, they all have the same problems like keys getting stuck or falling apart: loose keys. I highly recommend getting this brand, for few more dollars you get a brand new quality instrument which has a warranty of two years that is how certain they are about what they make. It comes ready to play, tuned. I am so happy with it and you will be too. I am truly thankful to them for making such gorgeous instruments and to the customers who take the time to give their opinion which at the end is the most valuable one. Customer service is excellent as well. They deserve 10 stars.

Great flute at a great price
This flute was recomended by the group that gives band lessons at my daughter's school. She's in her 5th year of flute lessons, and my only regret is that I didn't buy the flute sooner! It's a beautiful instrument that looks as good today as it did the day we got it (18 months ago). It sounds great, and comes with a durable case which is nicely lined. I highly recommend this product, and am equally satisfied with another LJ Hutchen Saxophone I also purchased from Hyson. Great products, and a great seller!

Great instrument for beginners/students.
"After much searching, I went for this flute and their product is really good. This flute was in perfect condition when arrived and it seems they specialize in making musical instruments for beginners/students. The sound quality is very good too. I think there can't be a better option for a beginner than this one. I am totally satisfied with my selection."

Outstanding Customer Service
We purchased this instrument for my son for his school band class. While we haven't received the flute yet, the customer service at this company is so great that I had to write a review of it. We needed the instrument quickly, but the only option was 3-5 day ground shipment on the order page. I sent them an email through Amazon to ask if they could expedite the shipping. Even though the instrument was already labeled for ground shipment, their shipping guy stayed late to change the shipping method so we would get the flute this week instead of next. He went out of his way to make it work for us. A very rare, but very refreshing attitude these days. With this kind of customer service, I am sure we will be delighted with our purchase when it arrives!
